The UC Berkeley Amgen & Genentech Scholars Program invite you to attend the 2009 Poster Session and Oral Presentations. Come and join the campus community in support of the 2009 Amgen & Genentech Scholars and learn about their summer research at the following events:

The Center for Educational Partnerships invites you to attend the Third Annual Transfer Alliance Project Research Colloquium and Recognition Reception, on Thurs., Aug. 13, 2009, at the Faculty Club.

The Transfer Alliance Project prepares low-income students from partner community colleges to be competitive for Berkeley admission.  In 2009, more than 80% of TAP applicants (>230) were admitted to Berkeley, compared to state-wide transfer rates of 27% to UCB.
